End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are common in the material handling business for their great flexibility. These machines have great performance characteristics which are quite comparable to sit-down electric lift truck units.
These lift truck units are great for warehouse settings which have limited space. The space needed to utilize these machines are less than the three-wheel electric lift truck truck needs. These equipment are an ideal option for applications which need regular off and on access, as their stand-up design is an exceptional feature.
The reach truck is a loading apparatus utilized by a variety of companies who maintain a storage facility which involves the arrangement of finished products on pallets and materials which are stacked or stored into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck provides easy and safe retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also a great option for those who prefer to store pallets of products they do not need yet in a way which is both efficient and safe.
All standard reach truck models would have an out-rigging mechanism secured to the front of the equipment. Telescoping blades are mounted to the out-rigging and can move down and up. The blades additionally have a hydraulic setup that allows the driver to lift the load and move it over the out-riggers. This particular design not just offers much more balance to the overall load, but makes it really easy for the reach truck to maneuver between the storage shelves into narrow aisles.
After the reach truck finds the shelves that are designated for the pallet, the hydraulics allow the tines to swing into position and lower the pallet into the shelving, sliding the pallet into place. Normally, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle which is less than 10 feet across without any problem, as long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
